Accounts, Caregivers & Permissions
You are responsible for managing who can access your GuardianOne account, devices, alerts, location information, and monitored-person data.
- Only invite caregivers, family members, or support contacts you trust.
- Review caregiver permissions regularly and remove access when it is no longer needed.
- Make sure monitored individuals are informed where required by law.
- You remain responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions & Payments
Some GuardianOne services may require a paid subscription or device purchase. Prices, features, taxes, shipping fees, and billing intervals may vary by plan, location, and availability.
- You authorize us or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method.
- Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
- Failed payments may limit access to paid features until the balance is resolved.
- Refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled according to the terms shown at checkout or in your account.
Acceptable Use
