These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you access or use GuardianOne products and services, including the Smart Health Watch, Emergency SOS Communicator, Elderly Cane Stick, Smart Pill Box, and the GuardianOne Portal & App. By using GuardianOne, you agree to these terms.

Use of GuardianOne Services

You agree to use GuardianOne responsibly and only for lawful family safety, wellness, and caregiver support purposes. You must:

• Use GuardianOne products only for people you are authorized to support or monitor.

GuardianOne provides wellness, monitoring, location, and alert tools. GuardianOne is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency response, or in-person caregiver supervision.

• Always contact emergency services directly when immediate medical help is required.
• Do not rely only on device readings when making medical decisions.
• Sensor results and alert delivery may vary based on connectivity, device fit, battery level, and environmental conditions.
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns or treatment decisions.

Accounts, Caregivers & Permissions

You are responsible for managing who can access your GuardianOne account, devices, alerts, location information, and monitored-person data.

• Only invite caregivers, family members, or support contacts you trust.
• Review caregiver permissions regularly and remove access when it is no longer needed.
• Make sure monitored individuals are informed where required by law.
• You remain responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

Some GuardianOne services may require a paid subscription or device purchase. Prices, features, taxes, shipping fees, and billing intervals may vary by plan, location, and availability.

• You authorize us or our payment provider to charge your selected payment method.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
• Failed payments may limit access to paid features until the balance is resolved.
• Refunds, cancellations, and returns are handled according to the terms shown at checkout or in your account.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse GuardianOne or interfere with the security, reliability, or intended operation of the service. Prohibited activity includes:

• Using GuardianOne for stalking, harassment, unlawful surveillance, or any unsafe purpose.
• Reverse engineering, copying, reselling, or modifying GuardianOne software or services without authorization.

Service Availability

GuardianOne works to keep services reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, internet access, cellular coverage, third-party providers, device battery, hardware issues, or events outside our control. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when needed.
